We were extremely satisfied with the correspondence and the courtesy we received throughout the process. Everything went smooth. When we asked for pictures, we received them. They provided us with vet papers, vaccination records and even a rabies certificate. Our puppy came to us by way of ground transport which they referred and that too went well.
